Interfering with the enjoyment and use of the service by other account holders is strictly prohibited also. Specifically, grieving through objects, usage or removal of personal or real property.

.::. Impersonates any person or entity, including any Gentle Fire Grid employees or representatives.
.::. It is forbidden for any user to use any script or device within Gentle Fire Grid or any other means, such as using a third party website, to find the IP address of another member. Further, should such information be known it is forbidden for any member to disclose the information to any other member. Also forbidden is the use of the information for the purpose of banning any member using that IP address from any land using a script or any other means, and/or tracking someone via any tracking and tracing methods.
.::. Payments are non-refundable for any reason. Make sure this where you want to make your Home.
.::. Price for region may increase on the month the next payment is due.

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
.::. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it does not violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Gentle Fire Grid, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources.

We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defines of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
.::. You acknowledge that Gentle Fire Grid does not guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by any user of the Service, nor any identity information about any user. Your interactions with other users and your use of User Content are entirely at your own risk. Gentle Fire Grid has no obligation to become involved in any dispute that you may have or claim to have with one or more users of the Service, or in any manner in any resolution thereof. You have the right to ban them from your Land.
